Why this error comes ?
It comes with many reasons but there is main reason is you have some problem in your game files or in your pc. May be your pc is not compatible with game system requirements. Or may be there are missed some important files in your game like dll files or 2nd major reason thats whay this error comes that is you have out dated social club in game or you have not install social club gta 5. For fix these error (please start steam login and try again) try following methods.
Method no1.
Before fixing this error must cheak that is your pc compatible with game recommended system requirements. If it is not matching so try to match the system requirements of game with your pc.
Method no 2.
Must update the social club of game if your game's social club is out dated or if you have not installed social club so intall it for download the latest version of social club of game so go on google and search it (gta 5 social club latest version download)
Method no 3.
Maybe there is problems with game files so must try to reinstall the game if it is not fixing after reinstalling the game. So must try to reinstall the by offing antivirus or windows defender. After all your error is hot fixing try to re download the game.
